About Me

IMG_4934.jpg

I'm an economic historian with a background in economics. My work has been inspired by Thomas Piketty's book "Capital in the Twenty-First Century" which was published a year before I started my masters in Economics at Bocconi University. I am interested in long-run economic inequality and taxation. My own work investigates these topics within pre-industrial Germany. I am also interested in social mobility, gender differences in wealth, political institutions and economic growth and capital formation.
